01 / The service

With a bad odor, you can’t see it, and you don’t know exactly where it’s coming from. There may be a primary source, like a milk spill, but once the smell has spread it’s on every surface: headliner, seat belts, seats, floor mats, plastics and door panels.

So a Full Interior Detail comes first. Then we go over the entire interior with our steam cleaner to eliminate any lingering odor particles. Skip that step and the smell is very likely to come back.

Then we attack the odor itself with an ozone machine, which changes the chemical makeup of the odor molecules, and a thermal fogger, which mists a deodorizing solution into even the hardest-to-reach areas. Last, we disinfect the high-traffic areas: the driver’s side, center console and door panels.
